Shipment Update #4 and... STLs!

Hello guys!

A quick update on the status of shipments by sea. Below is the overview of all ships (two last-minute ship changes):

•  Europa/RoW: ATD 12th June – ETA Hamburg 12th July – Ship name: THESEUS 
•  North America: ETD 17th June – ETA Charleston 16th July – Ship name: GLEN CANYON 
•  North America: ATD 16th June – ETA Atlanta 7th July – Ship name: ONE CYGNUS 
•  Oceania: Ship arrived last 12th June
•  Asia: VFI fulfillment Started

The goods for Oceania have already arrived in port, Aetherworks will receive them in its warehouses next week, so it is likely that they will be able to start fulfillment by the end of June. For Asia, VFI has already started fulfillment and they will complete it within a month.

We will update you as soon as we have more news! 

In the meantime, as promised, following the links below, you can download the STL files to upgrade the Refuge, Elevator, and Bridge tokens on your D.E.I. table. The files are in double versions, standard or pre-supported, so all you have to do is download and start printing, and your Old London will become even more fascinating!

Some of you have reported to us that they may be on vacation during the fulfillment for Europe and America, in the next update (end of June) we will indicate the exact procedure for those of you who want to indicate a postponed date for delivery.

North America Shipment update!

Hello guys!

A Superfast update just to inform you that we have received the names and departure dates of the two ships that will transport D.E.I.'s pledges to North America.

To give everyone the complete and updated picture, let's summarize the data of all the ships:

•  Oceania: ATD 31st May – ETA Sydney 12th June – Ship name: COSCO SINGAPORE
   
•  Europa/RoW: ETD 9th June – ETA Hamburg 9th July – Ship name: THALASSA HELLAS
   
•  North America: ETD 12th June – ETA Charleston 9th July – Ship name: IAN H
   
•  North America: ETD 7th June – ETA Atlanta 7th July – Ship name: ONE CYGNUS
   
•  Asia: VFI will start the D.E.I. fulfillment in the next few days
   

Some of you have reported to us that during the fulfillment period, they may (rightly) be out on holiday, so the courier may not find anyone at the time of delivery.

We are asking our partners how to best manage them, however, we want to reassure you that before the ships arrive in the ports, we will be able to give you instructions on how to proceed in case you need to plan your shipment according to your holidays.

Hello, guys!

We are finally able to give you the details about departing ships:

Oceania: ETD 31st May – ETA Sydney 11th June – Ship name: COSCO SINGAPORE

Europa/RoW: ETD 3rd June – ETA Hamburg 6th July – Ship name: THALASSA HELLAS

North America: ETD 12th June - We are still waiting for ship name and ETA for arrival.

Asia: VFI has already taken delivery of the goods and must notify us of the date on which the Fullfillment will begin.

We are sorry to not have a name for the ship to North America yet, it seems there is more congestion for China-NA shipments compared to other continents, as soon as we will receive confirmation for North America ship we will post it down here in the comments, and of course we will remark it in the next update.

...it will be a hot summer in the cold Old London, the wait is about to end!

In the next update we will share the STl files for Refuges, Bridges and Elevators, in the meantime, you can start heating up your 3D printers!

Shipment Update #3

Hello, guys!

A brief update about shipments. End of last week DHL picked up all the stock from the factory to the port. Details they gave us for ships are:

•  Europe & RoW: the ship will depart 30th May (ETA 30th June)
•  North America: we're still waiting for the ship departure date.
•  Australia: the ship will depart on 23rd May (ETA 4th June).
•  Asia: VFI just did the pickup and they are starting the fulfillment.

As soon as we will receive the update about North America we will post it here in the comments. DHL will send us in the next days the name of the ships, in the next update, we will share them with all of you so that you can follow their journey. We already informed the fulfillment centers, to make sure they will prepare and despatch all individual boxes as soon as they will receive the containers in their warehouses.

Honestly, we were hoping for a sooner departure time, but the situation in China with ships seems still to be quite complicated...

In the meantime, we are uploading the translated manuals on our WEB APP. English, Italian, and German core box rulebook were already available, now you will find the French version. We will keep uploading the rulebooks for the different languages and different expansions to make sure you will have them all before the delivery.

Finally, we decided to make available the STL files to let you print the models to replace the tokens of Bridges, Refugees, and Elevators. We will give you the link to download the files in June. With these elements, you will be able to enrich the already fantastic D.E.I. game board, and make Old London even more spectacular to look at!

Shipments Approaching

Hello guys!

Welcome to a quick update regarding the start of shipments.

The good news is that we are finally able to give you more precise times for the start of shipments to Europe, North America, and ROW!

On April 15th we will receive the updated quotations for the containers and we will proceed with the booking of the ships. Fortunately, DHL confirms that although there has not been a significant reduction in prices, at least at this time it seems there are no queuing problems to booking ships.

Unfortunately, despite having received the quotes at the very beginning of April and being ready to book and board, there was an unexpected problem: the factory of our Chinese partners is currently in quarantine due to an outbreak of COVID 19... as you may know the policies in China are still extremely restrictive and a single positive case resulted in two weeks stop work.

In addition to this problem, a public holiday (Labor Day) will be held in China from 1st to 5th May.

We will therefore give availability for pickup from the factory from May 6th and we will be able to tell you the names of the ships and the exact day of departure.

For Asia, the pick-up will be made directly by VFI Asia from May 6th. At the moment we know that the anti-Covid restrictions in China are also slowing down the ongoing fulfillments, but we hope that since May the situation has improved and the shipments of DEI to Asia will not suffer further delays.
